Marketing Coordinator - Loyalty and Credit Cards
Contract: 12 months
Hourly rate: $27/hr T4 or $32/hr Incorporated
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the growth of the North American Retail Payments organization by executing high-impact marketing strategies. This role will focus on launching and promoting new partnerships with leading Canadian brands, maximizing customer value, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across acquisition and lifecycle objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing communications.
- Leverage paid media and partner marketing channels for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing initiatives to optimize performance.
- Support the development of business cases for new programs and initiatives.
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analyses to assess impact and effectiveness.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing brand/product management.
- Strong background in targeted marketing, marketing technology, and marketing analysis.
- Experience with direct marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience within financial institutions or large organizations.
- Google Analytics certification.
- Confident, proactive, and passionate about marketing.
Education:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Interview Process:
- Minimum of 2 rounds (possibly 3), including interviews with the hiring manager and leadership.
