We’re seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative Lead to join our team. As the SDR Lead, you will not only prospect for new business and qualify opportunities for our sales team but also take the lead in shaping and refining our outreach processes to enable scalability and long-term success.
This role is critical to the continued growth of our company, as you’ll be building the framework and structure that empowers the SDR team to operate efficiently and hit aggressive targets. Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement outreach strategies and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion rates
- Set clear performance metrics, track KPIs, and regularly report on the team’s progress and individual contributions
- Develop and oversee a strategic prospecting plan that generates high-quality opportunities for Account Executives
- Discover new prospects through research and social media monitoring
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on broader initiatives and ensure messaging is aligned, campaigns are effective, and customer needs are captured
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of success in generating new business for Martech SaaS solutions through cold outreach, and 1+ years of team lead or management experience
- Competitive team player with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- Strategic thinker with a talent for optimizing processes and solving prospect challenges to drive results and improve productivity
- Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve through experimentation
- Resilient, resourceful, and optimistic outlook that recognizes the impact of energy and attitude on success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly articulate across all channels
