Position Summary
As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will provide top notch customer service to our valued customers and prospective customers. You will be responsible for taking the lead on outbound calling campaigns + providing quotes to prospective clients in order to actively contribute to business growth. In addition, you will be the point person for preparing, and following-up on, incoming quote requests received through various channels (social media, pay-per-click, email, website, etc.).
Secondary to the above, you will assist with other day-to-day office functions, including, but not limited to: handling a high volume of incoming calls (existing & prospective customers), responding to customer inquiries via email and text, processing payments, maintaining accurate information in our CRM tool, etc.
How You’ll Succeed
- Lead outbound calling campaigns in order to increase brand awareness + seek opportunities to further grow our business through knowledgeable, friendly advice
- Actively quote inbound leads from social media and pay-per-click sources
- Build customer relationships through various touch-points (email, phone, in-person)
- Adapt to meet evolving customer needs and situations
- Collaborate with management to monitor business performance, implement action plans to address any gaps, and foster teamwork with partners to enhance overall business performance
- Be an ambassador for Weed Man & Mosquito Hero within the communities we serve – which may include: volunteering for charitable fundraisers, events sponsorship and other marketing opportunities
- Put the customer at the centre of everything that you do

Qualifications
- A minimum 2 – 3 years in telephone sales or other similar experience
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling customer satisfaction issues
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced sales/retail environment or related position
- Post secondary education in business or a related field an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Job Location: Hybrid (work from home and our office)
Contract length: 6 month contract (with opportunity to extend)
Hours - Sunday to Thursday. Guaranteed 35-40/hrs. per week.
Pay: Starting rate: $19-$23 per hour based on experience.
