• Project: The team is looking for a Salesforce Tester for a new IB initiative that has an objective to simplify the client and employee experience through a Salesforce E2E process and Data Modernization.
The Salesforce Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

Typical Day in Role
• Design and execute test plans for Salesforce applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with team members and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience in functional testing and Salesforce testing (e.g, Selenium, QTP).
• Financial industry experience.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. The project is for international banking.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Certification in Salesforce or QA is a plus.
• Experience with test automation.
• Knowledge of regression and performance testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience with SQL and SOQL.
