About The Role
As a
PR and Communications Assistant, you will support our communications team in executing media campaigns, managing press outreach, crafting engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns, media outreach, and corporate communications strategies
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and content for blogs, newsletters, and corporate communications
- Build and maintain media lists, fostering relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry contacts
- Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and media opportunities
- Coordinate brand partnerships, sponsorships, and event communications
- Assist in crisis communication planning and execution when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging, branding, and storytelling strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools, press distribution platforms, and social media analytics
- Experience in content creation for PR, social media, and digital communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for brand storytelling
- Experience in event planning or influencer relations is a plus
