One of our private sector clients, an innovative digital marketing agency, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing remote team on a full-time basis . Salary range: $60,000-70,000
About you
To be successful, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience doing digital marketing and paid advertising in an agency
- Ability to pivot based on campaign success or failure
- Demonstrable experience driving client KPIs beyond vanity metrics
- Ability to simplify technical information and make strategy recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, CRM tools, and Google Analytics
- Commitment to self-improvement and open to coaching
- HubSpot experience is an asset
About the role
If hired, you will:
- Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring they align with client objectives
- Analyze campaign data to generate reports that highlight ROI
- Manage ad spend budgets to drive client revenue growth and reduce CPA
- Facilitate smooth onboarding by setting up accounts in line with strategic goals
- Maintain clear communication with clients, offering regular updates and insights
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving and curiosity in campaign analytics
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaign performance
