Ce rôle interagit étroitement avec la Gestion Integrée des Installations et les autres lignes d'activité pertinentes, les Achats, les clients et les fournisseurs pour assurer des relations solides et mutuellement bénéfiques. CE QUE VOUS FEREZ Gérer les processus de gestion des fournisseurs pour surveiller les performances, y compris des audits et évaluations régulières. Exploiter les données de divers systèmes pour développer des perspectives opérationnelles, des rapports de performance et des recommandations stratégiques. Faciliter les réunions avec les fournisseurs et suivre les actions en cours jusqu'à leur achèvement, assurant responsabilité et progrès. This role interfaces closely with IFM and other relevant business lines, Sourcing, clients, and vendors to ensure strong, mutually beneficial relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO Drive vendor management processes to monitor performance, including regular audits and assessments. Leverage data from various systems to develop operational insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. Facilitate vendor review meetings and track outstanding action items to completion, ensuring accountability and progress. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for strategic suppliers in key categories, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Communicate with senior management team regarding vendor performance, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed. Serve as point of escalation for issues related to vendor performance, developing, and implementing resolution strategies. Spearhead internal process improvements identified through collaboration with suppliers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage special projects as requested, including vendor changes, cost-saving initiatives, and service quality enhancements. Oversee full adoption of work order technology system (Corrigo) and provide training to Facility Management teams to ensure optimal utilization. Assist and provide support in the RFP process, including evaluating proposals, and participating in vendor selection. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on vendor performance and identify areas for service enhancement. Other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required with Vendor management experience 5 years + experience in Facility Management is a strong asset Financial Acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients. Customer service mindset; solid interpersonal skills and integrity. Proficient analytical qualities to measure vendor performance. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization. Exceptional people skills, exhibiting the ability to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the company. Ability to create and foster positive customer relationships. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service orientation.
