We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the marketing department, developing strategic marketing plans, and driving campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities of a Senior Marketing Manager.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Build, manage and coach members of the marketing team. Oversee the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, affiliate managers and industry contacts, to enhance brand visibility and drive strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to provide guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
2.Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing, SEO, PPC).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, customer service) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve ROI.
4. Content and Creative Direction
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and advertisements.
- Ensure all content aligns with the marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content.
5. Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize marketing spend.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine content creation, distribution, and promotion strategies.
- Use analytics tools to track content performance and audience engagement, adjusting strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
7.Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Present marketing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback.
Key Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience as a Director or Manager.
- Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity in prior companies.
- Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams, including internal staff and freelancers.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, performance marketing, email marketing, content, and social media.
- Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors.
