Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, ensuring all objectives and milestones are met. Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Providing proactive and effective communication to all project stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reports, in both unionized and non-unionized environment. Identifying and managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts. Implementing best practices and innovative approaches to project management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project goals and deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Willingness to travel as required to support project requirements. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management). Knowledge of HVAC systems. Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors in the pharmaceutical sector. Familiarity with the drug development lifecycle and project management methodologies specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to navigate and execute projects within regulated environments. Experience with LEED or other sustainability certifications.
