*Your Responsibilities:*
* Foster a positive and motivated team culture, maintaining structure and morale within the sales department
* Oversee and optimize the sales process across all lead channels
* Train, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Lead by example, ensuring all team members adhere to prospecting, follow-up, and client relations standards
* Analyze challenges and implement positive solutions
* Ensure full compliance with brand and manufacturer standards
* Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills and improve our customer experience
* Assist in organizing and executing events to engage and retain customers
*What You Bring:*
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive Sales Manager
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills to drive the sales team to success
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* At least 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with luxury or import brands
* Previous experience with One-Eighty and Vauto systems (preferred)
* A clean criminal record check and driver’s abstract will be required upon hire
