Our client is seeking a contract based Graphic Designer to work on their digital and print forms.
Location: 3d/week hybrid Toronto
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for digital advertising, owned media assets, direct marketing, and other channels including direct mail, print media, and digital out-of-home (OOH).
- Design responsive content tailored for multiple media types, ensuring alignment with client's Brand Standards and guidelines.
- Manage and deliver creative assets for a wide range of digital content, including campaigns, game launches, promotions, contests, and player communications such as email and digital signage.
- Develop and execute A/B testing concepts using tools like Adobe Target or equivalent platforms, providing variations in design, copy, and assets for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Copywriters, UX Managers, Content Authors, and Campaign Delivery Managers, to brainstorm and create on-brand digital content.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of creative assets through version control and active QA processes.
- Maintain a library of assets adhering to team guidelines and provide creative assets for website and app updates directly within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) where needed.
- Create work that complies with accessibility, diversity, and language standards, engaging a broad and inclusive audience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in web design and creative asset development.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, and other design tools.
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS and LESS.
- Working knowledge of animation and editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Encoder, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and project management software.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
