Position Title: Early Talent Learning Program Specialist
Duration: 12 months
Working hours: 9-5 PM EST
Working Location: Toronto, ON [in office 2 days a week, additionally there is one week in January, May, and June where the team will be in office for programming, as well as a rotating schedule for a week in office between July and August]
Pay Rate: $25.33/hr.
Role Mandate:
The Early Talent Learning Programs Coordinator supports the Capital Markets early talent learning programs, including end-end logistics such as travel, invoicing, mailbox management, providing input to design, development & execution. Supports the end-to-end execution of program components working with internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective & seamless delivery. Seeks opportunities to enhance, elevate, and streamline program deliveries.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Supports the execution of initiatives and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Books travel for program participants.
- Processes and tracks invoices/expenses.
- Reviews and provides a prompt response to emails.
- Administers reports that support the roll-out of the programs including but not limited to class lists, travel lists, etc.
- Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Executes on a wide range of tasks across various programs and collaborates closely with teams across CM HR.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Promotes the early talent programs via social media while adhering to internal policies.
- Provides input to the program by analyzing current operations & challenges, researching best practices and understanding industry trends.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., customized exception reports, initiative tracking reports, etc.).
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
- Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.
- Tracks exception requests and corresponding approvals.
- Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
- This is an ideal role for a new grad or early talent with 1 year of experience, looking to launch their career in HR.
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset.
- Interest in event planning and/or learning design.
- Program management skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on execution.

Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience at a Major Financial institution.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Student services, or Campus Recruitment
