What to Expect:
You will oversee the Weight Management portfolio and support the 18-month brand plan for Medical Nutrition, including Tube Feed, Medical Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS), Dysphagia, and Weight Management. The role involves creating impactful HCP and patient-centric campaigns that apply transversally across appropriate medical nutrition platforms. Focus on driving market share growth and brand health, measured by net sales, organic growth, marginal contribution, and market share enhancement.
A day in the life:
- Supports the development and implementation of HCP and patient communication plans aligned with Brand Building the Nestlé Way (BBNW) and Nestlé Health Science standards, within approved budgets and timelines.
- Support & lead execution of specific innovation & renovation projects aligned to the approved Innovation and Renovation strategy.
- Monitor and analyze brand and competitor performance in relation to important metrics (such as market share, brand health, profitability).
- Leads the execution of key marketing activities including sampling, couponing and conference events.
- Responsible for managing Product Fixed Marketing Expenses budgets in Brand Planner. Lead Pre-Post PFME Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against significant metrics.
- Assists in general administration including setting meetings, internal event management and preparation of marketing presentations.
Role Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in CPG, pharma, Over the Counter (OTC)/consumer health or healthcare industry.
- Proven skills in marketing analysis (Nielsen, Product Fixed Marketing Expenses /budget management).
- Understanding of the 4 Ps and their application.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dealing with complex regulatory categories considered an asset.
- Proven ability to lead and empower others in a team environment.
