Job Description
As we continue to grow, PSD Citywide is looking to add a motivated and enthusiastic Content Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating engaging articles and blogs that showcase our innovative solutions in public sector technology. You'll have the opportunity to shape our brand voice and contribute to our content strategy aimed at enhancing market presence and customer engagement.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Research, ideate, and create high-quality articles, blogs, and other written content that align with PSD Citywide's marketing goals and target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it meets best practices for online content creation.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Own our Municipal Grant Service, a weekly eNewsletter of the latest grants offered to government decision makers through the research, summarization, and delivery of email and web content of value to these subscribers.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in content creation, preferably in B2B or technology-related industries.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling content.
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and contribute to content strategy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with city management, urban planning, or related fields is a plus.
Recruitment Process
