Role Description:

As a Trade Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Trade Lead to manage, develop, and foster strong relationships with key external trade partners, including Wholesalers, Vaccines Direct Accounts, CPDN, Hospitals, Government accounts, PSP providers, and more.
This #hybrid role, located in our Mississauga office is all about collaboration—working closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, QA, A/R, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Commercial, to ensure smooth operations and drive business continuity. You’ll dive deep into data, conducting research and analysis to identify potential risks and uncover new opportunities for growth, while also making strategic recommendations to strengthen the business.

Supply Chain Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
Customer Communications
Pangaea Integration & expanded scope
Product Allocations & Drug Shortages – distribution strategy and dissemination for all product movement
GS1 Business Owner
Product Listings at Wholesalers and GS1
New Product Launch Brand Strategy and Support
Scorecards, Trade Customer Surveys & UPS improvements
Product Demand/Order Management Master Tracker
Trade KPIs & Metrics reporting
Trade Surveys
Price Change Notices
Aged inventory management
Regular operational touchpoints with wholesalers
CAPDM member
Customer Business Reviews & Scorecards meeting lead
Serialization Track and Trace Trade Involvement
Year-End Supply Management Lead
Payments and Purchase Orders Management (vendors)
Product Recall Strategy & Execution
Wholesaler Sales & Inventory Reports Distribution
UPS MBR – as needed when it relates to wholesale partners
Contribute to patient safety by reporting, in a timely manner, all adverse events identified during the interactions with customers in accordance with internal policies and training, including any follow up information received.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
Fluent in English (verbal & written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Critical thinker
SAP knowledge and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
Strong strategic focus
Ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
Ability to effectively work and contribute in a team-based environment
Ability to embrace and respond to change
Ability to operate independently
Creativity and initiative to seek opportunities to simplify and standardize activities
