What to Expect:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Nestlé Professional, you will have a key role in crafting the strategic vision of our digital marketing initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a driven team and lead digital transformation. You will be accountable for supervising our digital platforms, boosting lead generation, and performing social media campaigns. This role provides the opportunity to demonstrate your established proficiency in digital marketing while adhering to top standards and compliance regulations. You will also have the chance to coach and mentor a summer intern, encouraging an environment of growth and collaboration.
A day in the life:
- Develop and implement the strategy and roadmap for nestleprofessional.ca and weproudlyservestarbucks.ca to ensure a flawless client experience.
- Coordinate the daily operations of our digital platforms, ensuring timely content updates and seamless publishing using our embedded tools and solutions.
- Collaborate with food & beverage teams and other collaborators to efficiently implement new features, updates, and partner integrations.
- Maintain an analytics framework and facilitate ongoing reporting to measure digital performance and determine areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Nestlé Group policies and maintain the highest standards of digital marketing practices.
Role Requirements
- A university or college degree in Marketing or Communications with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B (Trade) Digital Advertising, Social Media, or e-commerce.
- Proven system admin experience in various Content Management Systems, Adobe Campaign, Bright Edge, SHELL/Microsoft, and Google Tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong SEO knowledge and the ability to drive organic growth through targeted strategies.
